- Manage KKCW's SEO, website & Google Business Profile.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
- Plan, create and regularly post Reels, photos and videos.
- Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Generate and track online leads and enquiries.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers and content creators.
- Respond to social media enquiries and forward leads to the CRM team.
- Monitor competitors, trends and online performance.
- Improve KKCW's online visibility and brand presence.
- Maintain daily content and lead records.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing reports.
- Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, enquiries and bookings.
