Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage digital marketing activities, generate quality B2B, B2C leads, improve online visibility, and drive business growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's overall Digital Marketing Strategy.
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified B2B, B2C leads through digital marketing channels.
- Manage SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing.
- Handle company Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube platforms.
- Create and manage social media posts, reels, videos and promotional content.
- Edit marketing videos, product videos and reels using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Monitor website traffic, leads,



conversions and campaign performance.
- Manage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and advertising dashboards.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and market research.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, conversion rate, ROI and ROAS.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure proper lead follow-up and conversion.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spending.
- Develop landing pages and improve online conversion rates.
- Use AI tools for content creation, marketing automation, research and productivity.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and emerging platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Digital Marketing, AI, Video Marketing and Social Media.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
