About the Role

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Executive cum Graphic Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across social media marketing, graphic design, AI-generated videos, promotional creatives, advertisements, hoarding designs, and digital campaigns.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can take an idea from concept → design → video → social media → marketing campaign.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality social media posts, reels, stories, banners and promotional creatives
- Design hoardings, flex designs, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters and branding materials
- Create engaging AI-generated videos and AI-assisted marketing content
- Develop short-form videos/reels for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
- Use AI tools for image generation, video generation, voiceovers, scripting and creative production
- Plan and execute social media content and marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain social media pages
- Write basic captions, ad copy, headlines and promotional content
- Create creative concepts for different businesses and clients
- Work on brand identity, campaign creatives and visual communication
- Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and print requirements
- Coordinate with the marketing team to turn campaign ideas into visual content




- Stay updated with AI tools, social media trends, design trends and digital marketing techniques
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design
- Good command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent design software
- Knowledge of Canva and other modern design tools
- Experience with video editing / motion graphics
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook and social media marketing
- Ability to create visually appealing and modern designs
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, colours and branding
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising and Meta Ads is an advantage
- Strong interest in AI tools and AI content creation
- Good communication and creative problem-solving skills

AI Skills — Highly Preferred Candidates who have experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, Runway, Kling, Veo, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly or similar AI creative tools will be preferred.

You should be able to use AI creatively to produce:

AI Images → AI Videos → Reels → Advertisements → Social Media Content → Marketing Campaigns
