Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the execution of online marketing campaigns and social media initiatives for clients in various industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with content creation, scheduling and monitoring social media posts, conducting basic web and campaign performance analysis, and researching trends and audience behavior to inform marketing strategies.

The intern will collaborate with the marketing team on tasks such as optimizing digital channels,



preparing reports, and participating in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, offering hands-on exposure to agency workflows and digital marketing tools.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with interest in multi-channel campaign execution.
- Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing, including content planning, posting, and engagement monitoring.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to interpret traffic, engagement, and conversion data.
- Strong Communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting ideas clearly.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with SEO concepts is a plus.
- Curiosity to learn, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
