About the Role

Ideo Graphics is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing activities across multiple platforms. The role offers hands-on exposure to digital campaigns, paid advertising, social media marketing, content coordination, lead generation, and performance analysis.

We welcome freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have a strong interest in digital marketing and are eager to gain practical experience working on real campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Assist in managing Meta Ads and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
- Support campaign planning based on business objectives, target audiences, and marketing goals.
- Monitor campaign budgets, reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and other key performance indicators.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for the timely execution of campaigns and creatives.
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.




- Support content marketing and basic SEO activities.
- Track and analyze website and campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Prepare regular digital marketing and campaign performance reports.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, tools, and technologies.
- Support digital marketing activities for both company and client campaigns.

Requirements

- MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, social media marketing, and online advertising.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other digital analytics tools.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing fundamentals.
- Understanding of lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content, social media, and digital trends.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and digital marketing strategies.
- Relevant internship or academic project experience in digital marketing will be an advantage.

Good to Have

- Experience with Canva or other basic creative tools.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for marketing, content creation, and research.
- Basic understanding of campaign metrics, reporting, and performance optimization.
