Bigfix Gadget Care LLP is a technology-enabled managed aftersales services provider with multiple growth channels including our corporate website, franchise expansion, merchant & service partner onboarding, and Bigfix E-Shop.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage Bigfix’s digital presence and support demand generation through paid & organic campaigns, content marketing, social media, SEO and lead generation.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Drive franchise enquiries, merchant sign-ups and brand leads within defined budgets
- Manage SEO and website content for bigfix.in
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic and search visibility
- Plan and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
- Create or coordinate social media creatives, videos and marketing copy
- Execute Email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead nurturing
- Support promotional campaigns and offers for Bigfix E-Shop
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other tools
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports
- Support PR, events, press releases and other brand-building activities
- Coordinate with external designers, content creators, agencies and freelancers
What We’re Looking For ✅ 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
✅ Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
✅ Knowledge of SEO & Google Search Console
✅ Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO tools such as Ahrefs / SEMrush
✅ Strong content writing and creative skills
✅ Canva or similar design tool knowledge is a plus
✅ Data-driven mindset with valuable analytical skills
✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership
✅ Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
