Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, web, and other online channels to promote Aathi Yoga & Life’s spiritual products and brand values. Daily responsibilities include planning and creating engaging content, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing web and social media metrics, and optimizing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for promotions, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and staying updated on digital marketing trends relevant to spiritual and lifestyle brands.

Qualifications

- Strong Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills for planning and executing digital campaigns.
- Ability in Web Content Writing and Communication to create explicit, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Experience with Web Analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools is beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) for creating digital assets is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Prior experience in digital marketing for lifestyle, wellness, or spiritual brands is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
