About the Role

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant based in India to support our marketing team with day-to-day operational and recurring tasks. This is a outstanding entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build hands-on marketing experience while learning directly from a senior team member. You'll help keep our marketing engine running smoothly by handling routine execution work, freeing up senior staff to focus on strategy.

This role works closely with our U.S.-based team, so strong overlap with Pacific Time business hours is required.

What You'll Do

- Assist with scheduling and posting content across social media channels
- Update and maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and spreadsheets Format and proofread marketing materials (emails, decks, one-pagers) Compile weekly/monthly performance reports from analytics tools Support email campaign setup, list management, and QA Organize and maintain digital asset libraries (images, templates, brand files)
- Conduct basic research (competitors, industry trends, contact lists) Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars,



or campaigns Handle other recurring administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

- Based in India, with availability to work core hours aligned with Pacific Time (PST/PDT)
- 0 - 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships count!)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent spoken and written English (required) this will be assessed during the interview process, as the role requires daily direct communication with the U.S. team Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, social schedulers)
- Ability to follow instructions and processes while also flagging ideas for improvement
- A proactive, can-do attitude comfortable with repetitive tasks done well
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience (not required)
- Experience with or strong interest in CRM tools Experience with or strong interest in AI platforms such as Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation Exposure to analytics tools (Google Analytics, native platform insights)

Nice to Have Background in healthcare preferred, including experience with EMR platforms
