Role Description The Diaper Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving sales of medical-grade diapers and related hygiene products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare distributors. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with medical professionals and purchasing teams. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, explaining product advantages, negotiating pricing and contracts,



and ensuring timely order processing and deliveries in coordination with internal teams.

Executive will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with marketing and operations to meet sales targets and expand market presence.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in healthcare, medical supplies, FMCG, or B2B sales, preferably with hygiene or hospital products.
- Strong skills in relationship building, client servicing, and stakeholder management with hospital and clinic decision-makers.
- Ability to conduct persuasive product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to close sales and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within New Delhi and surrounding regions for client meetings and market visits.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field; relevant sales certifications are a plus.
