Strategic Focus

- Reviewing and revising the EHS Management systems of KPDL

- Coordinating with the Safety Officers of all the Projects of the Company on a daily basis to understand the progress on the Safety front.

Operational Focus

- Identifying gaps in manpower allocation and coordinating with HR for recruitment and staff selection in EHS team.

- Designing audit template, preparing audit schedule, allotting auditors, conducting EHS Internal audits across all the projects and making reports of the projects audited in the Organization.

- Identifying training needs for the workers, site EHS officers, Projects Heads, Sr. Leadership, Office employees, workers camp boss etc.

- Developing training modules and conducting trainings for the workers, site EHS officers, Project Heads, Sr. Leadership,



office employees, sales staff, and workers camp boss etc.

- Implementing Theme Based Safety Approach program by running campaigns on various critical concern areas across sites by developing modules either pictorial or verbose and checking the effectiveness and reporting to the Management.

- Reviewing and revising the EHS Management systems including the Apex Manuals, Process Manuals, and Operational Control Procedures etc.in line with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.

- Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
