About the Role

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer / Azure DevOps Engineer with 8 to 10 years of overall experience and 6+ years of expertise in Azure DevOps, cloud automation, and CI/CD implementation. The role focuses on building scalable cloud platforms, automating infrastructure, and driving modern DevOps practices across the organization.

- Design, develop, and maintain Azure DevOps YAML pipelines to enable robust CI/CD practices.
- Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Bicep and ARM Templates for Azure resource provisioning.
- Develop automation frameworks and scripts using PowerShell and YAML to streamline deployments and operations.
- Enhance engineering productivity through GitHub Copilot, MCP integrations, and AI-enabled DevOps practices.
- Manage Azure cloud environments, networking, monitoring, troubleshooting, and DevOps governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What We Need

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, cloud automation,



and CI/CD implementation with strong expertise in Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.
- Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep and ARM Templates, along with PowerShell scripting and deployment automation.
- Solid knowledge of Azure cloud services, governance, security, monitoring, networking (VNets, NSGs, Application Gateway, routing, Hub-Spoke architecture), Git, and DevOps best practices.
- Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, quality, research, documentation, and day-to-day work outcomes.
- Expected to adopt AI-enabled ways of working while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and human review of outputs.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized deployments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Grafana, and observability platforms.
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and infrastructure automation tools.
- Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, Python automation, and cloud security best practices.
- Experience with healthcare domain projects, HIPAA compliance, .NET applications, or RDBMS technologies.
