Job Summary:

One of our clients, a leading organization based in Trivandrum, is looking for an experienced DevOps Architect to design ,implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, multi-cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, automation, and cloud security, along with proven technical leadership and team mentoring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the DevOps team to ensure reliable infrastructure and automated deployment processes.
- Design and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure across at least two major cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and environments.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Security teams to implement DevOps best practices across the SDLC.
- Lead production incident management and root-cause analysis.
- Implement security best practices across infrastructure and DevOps pipelines, including secrets management and vulnerability scanning.
- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and promote continuous technical improvement.




- Evaluate and implement Agentic DevOps automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud Operations.
- 5+ years of technical leadership / team lead experience.
- Strong expertise in at least two cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in cloud cost optimization, usage forecasting, and resource planning.
- Experience deploying and scaling solutions through AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace, including pricing, billing, and operational considerations.
- Strong experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and CloudWatch.
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
- Experience implementing security practices across DevOps pipelines.
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

- Agentic DevOps automation frameworks.
- Serverless architecture and microservices.
- IAM, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud security posture management.
- Hybrid-cloud / multi-cloud environments.
- Cloud cost optimization and governance.
- Agile development environments and production-grade infrastructure.
