Job Summary The Unified Communications Engineering team is looking for an enthusiastic Full stack developer with a passion for building, reliable, scalable, and robust applications.

As a Developer, the candidate should provide technical expertise in deploying web applications and API services applications to the private cloud and enhance CICD pipeline. You will need to have knowledge in web frameworks like ReactJS, NodeJS, developing API services and deploy in Kubernetes as container. You will be working in conjunction with the development and operations teams to build dashboards, alerts using Grafana, Prometheus and ELK, and support infrastructure on Openstack environment.

We welcome anyone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn latest opensource technologies and can build quick prototypes, review, and collaborate with engineers located across US and India.

Responsibilities:

- Develops newwebapplications and enhances existingAPI services.
- Evaluates and plans software designs, testresultsand technical manuals.
- Reviews literature,patentsand current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production byworkwith others to solve the issues.
- Install and manage container orchestration software and repositories.
- Works with CI/CD,source control, code scanning, observability,dashboardsand alertingtools.
- Monitor and analyze resource usage to recommend/develop enhancements to system capabilities and performance.
- Works with team members to brainstorm on ways to improve processes, deployments, and tools.

Skillsets:

- A minimum of2years progressively responsible experience as afull stackengineer
- Must have core skill sets and experience in software development in a Cloud native environment, preferably in Golang, and DevOps methodologies.
- Expertisein one or more of: Golang, Restful andGraphQLAPI methodologies, use ofgRPC, Python, containers, microservices, cloud native development.
- Experience in developing UIapplicationusing ReactJS, NodeJS or Angular framework.
- Experience in buildingdashboardsusing Kibana, Python, alerts using Grafana, Prometheus and ELKisnice to have.
- Understanding ofKubernetesand deploying applications on it.
- Unix/Linux basics & Shell Scripting

- Good knowledge of git

Responsibilities:

- Writing and maintaining efficient code for software components, adhering to best practices in development
- Supporting the design and development of current software applications aligned with business objectives
- Implementing testing frameworks for software validation, including unit and integration tests, to ensure quality
- Documenting the software development process, including design and deployment procedures, to facilitate knowledge sharing
- Analyzing software integration needs and planning system architecture to meet technical specifications
- Reviewing current practices and technical literature to inform project solutions and applying engineering methodologies




- Working with Quality Assurance to ensure applications meet technical requirements and fit specifications
- Troubleshooting software issues, providing resolutions to enhance application performance and user satisfaction
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
