- Around 3 years of experience in HRIS or Workday workplace.
- Strong Workday Prism knowledge (At least 1 year or couple of project).
- Reporting experience (2 years ideally, at least 1 year).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Nice to Have: General Workday HCM knowledge.
- SnapLogic tool exposure.

Responsibilities: Support ongoing HR reporting, analytics activities and BAU services within the HRIS team.
- Support small enhancements and feature requests.
- Manage BAU incidents and issue resolution.
- Support People Analytics initiatives.
- Assist with reporting and HR data analysis activities.
- Provide ongoing support for existing HRIS solutions.
- Daily Tasks include: Workday Prism support and maintenance.
- Report development and troubleshooting.
- Incident management.
- User support activities.
- Small configuration changes and enhancements.
- Shift Timings Flexible to work as per India shift or Europe shift based on project need.
