CD International School is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer to join our team on an urgent basis. The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to the school, staff, classrooms, computer labs and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops and printers.
- Provide technical support to teachers, administrative staff and management.
- Troubleshoot Windows, software, hardware and networking-related issues.
- Maintain computer systems, LAN/Wi-Fi and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Install and update operating systems, applications, drivers and antivirus software.
- Provide support for smart classrooms, projectors, interactive panels and other educational technology.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and basic documentation.
- Troubleshoot CCTV and basic network-related issues.




- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, networking and other technical requirements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the school's IT systems on a daily basis.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / BCA / equivalent qualification in Computer Science or IT.
- 1–3 years of experience in desktop or IT support preferred.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, networking and TCP/IP.
- Knowledge of printers, scanners, CCTV and other peripheral devices.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
- Candidates with school/education-sector IT support experience will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits ₹20,000 per month

Full-time position
