- Inspect received lot from our company
- Communicate to our plant if any issue in incoming lot
- Customer production line to be monitoring done
- If any customer end production line side issue , resolve /rework to line support with customer approval.
- Communicate customer line issue to our plant and get proper action .with your proper obseravtion and analysis.
- Avoid customer complaint and debit, reduce customer PPM, rejection
- Understanding the customer rejections and customer complaints on daily basis
- 5s Maintain at work table, Inspection table and storage area
- Part identification tag system should be followed and verified like rejection , hold, rework
- Proper accounting our invoice , colloect our bin and send back to our plant
- Cutomer end stock to be shared everyday
- Quality& quantity maintain at customer end stock to avoid line stop
