Job Summary

We are looking for a VIP Support Engineer to provide dedicated IT support to senior management and VIP users. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in desktop, laptop, printer support, troubleshooting, installation, and remote user support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide in office and remote IT support to VIP users.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.

- Resolve hardware, software, and Windows-related issues.

- Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic user applications.

- Handle remote support requests using remote access tools.

- Ensure quick resolution of incidents with minimal downtime.

- Coordinate with internal IT teams for issue escalation when required.

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of experience in Desktop or VIP Support.

- Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, and printer troubleshooting.

- Experience in hardware/software installation and configuration.

- Hands-on experience in remote support.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and support senior stakeholders.
