IT Support / Desktop Support Technician

- Install and configure operating systems on desktops and laptops.

- Perform OS installation using Windows Autopilot.

- Install operating systems through a network using PXE Boot.

- Configure and manage WDS (Windows Deployment Services) for network-based OS deployment.

- Troubleshoot OneDrive issues, including synchronization and access-related problems.

- Diagnose and resolve Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors by identifying previous errors and their causes.

- Use Event Log/Event Viewer to identify and troubleshoot system-related issues.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot Black Screen issues on laptops and desktops.

- Troubleshoot access issues when a webpage or system is not accessible despite using correct login credentials.

- Troubleshoot data migration issues when transferring data from an old laptop to a current laptop.

- Identify and resolve duplicate file/data issues during laptop-to-laptop data transfers.

- Provide technical support for operating system, deployment, application, and system-access issues.

Key Responsibilities

OS Installation & Deployment:





- Install and configure Windows operating systems.

- Perform OS deployment using Windows Autopilot.

- Install operating systems through network-based deployment.

- Work with PXE Boot for automated OS installation.

- Configure and troubleshoot WDS Server.

System Troubleshooting

- Troubleshoot BSOD and previous system errors.

- Analyze Event Viewer logs to identify system faults.

- Diagnose and resolve black screen issues.

- Troubleshoot hardware and software-related system problems.

Application & Access Support

- Troubleshoot OneDrive synchronization and access issues.

- Resolve webpage/application accessibility issues even when valid credentials are provided.

- Identify authentication, connectivity, and system-related causes of access problems.

Data Migration Support

- Assist in transferring data from older laptops to newer devices.

- Troubleshoot duplicate file and data issues during migration.

- Ensure successful and accurate data transfer while minimizing data duplication.
