Job Summary
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations. The candidate will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, and basic networking while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, software, and printers.
- Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Resolve basic LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
- Handle basic server and user account-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with hardware, printers, and troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
Shift Details This is a rotational shift role. Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements
