Key Responsibilities

Develop office space layouts, test fits and workplace design solutions based on client requirements.

Prepare concept layouts, space plans, design presentations and detailed drawings for corporate office projects.

Work on

GFC drawings, working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations and detailing .

Develop productive space-planning solutions considering workstation density, meeting rooms, collaboration areas, cabins, common spaces and circulation.

Support design development from concept stage through execution and handover .

Coordinate with MEP, Projects, Procurement, QS and site teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth execution.

Review site conditions and conduct site visits/due diligence wherever required.

Coordinate design modifications based on site requirements and client feedback.





Ensure drawings and designs comply with project specifications, timelines, quality standards and client requirements.

Prepare client presentations, mood boards, material selections and design proposals.

Maintain proper documentation and revisions of drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

Support multiple quick-paced corporate interior projects simultaneously.

Software / Application Skills

Candidates should have strong hands-on proficiency in relevant design tools, particularly:

AutoCAD

Mandatory

SketchUp

Adobe Photoshop

Microsoft PowerPoint

Revit

Preferred

Rendering/visualisation tools such as

Enscape / Lumion / V-Ray will be an added advantage.

Good working knowledge of MS Office and design documentation tools.
