Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the design team in creating detailed designs for HVAC systems, piping, MEP services, and fabrications using Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for construction projects.

- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers on design principles, best practices, and company policies.

Job Requirements :

- 15-25 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field with expertise in HVAC design, piping mechanical design, MEP design, LOD (Level of Detail) development.

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP software; knowledge of other CAD software such as AutoCAD MEPF is an asset.

- Robust understanding of fabrication drawing creation using various tools like Fabrication Drawing Creator or similar software.
