Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement brand strategies across multiple projects, ensuring consistency in visual identity and messaging.

- Manage a team of designers, providing guidance on creative direction, project management, and quality control.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations.

- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets.

Job Requirements :

- 10-14 years of experience as a Creative Manager or similar role in an advertising agency or marketing firm.

- Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies and leading creative teams.

- Solid understanding of graphic design principles, visual communication, and project management best practices.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
