Position: Graphic Designer & Video Editor – E-commerce

Reports To: Head of Business

Job Summary

Responsible for creating high-quality, conversion-focused visual content for the company's D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, other marketplaces and social media platforms.

Translate product features, consumer insights and brand positioning into product images, infographics, banners, advertisements, social media creatives, reels, product videos and promotional content.

Robust understanding of e-commerce visual merchandising and know how to create creatives that not only look attractive but also communicate product benefits quickly and drive clicks, engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Creative Ownership: Visual content across D2C Website, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Other marketplaces, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, Marketplace Ads, Promotional campaigns, Brand communication.

E-commerce Product Creatives: Product, feature & Lifestyle images, Infographics, comparison / Size/dimension/Feature-benefit / Product use/ Before/after graphics, Packing Visuals.

Marketplace D2C Creative Management: Product creatives, A+ Content, Brand Store creatives, Sponsored ad creatives, Promotional banners, Campaign assets, Homepage banners, Category banners, Product pages,



Promotional campaigns, Landing pages, Offer banners, Pop-ups, Product comparison sections, Brand storytelling.

Marketing Creatives: Develop creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Marketplace Ads, Retargeting, Product launches, Promotional campaigns, Festival campaigns.

Social Media Content: Reels, Carousels, Product tips, Product demonstrations, Educational content, Trending formats, Product launches, Offers, Brand stories, Festival/seasonal content.

Video Production & Editing: Product demonstration videos, Product feature videos, How-to-use videos, Product comparison videos, Reels, Shorts, Social media videos, Marketplace product videos, Advertisement videos, UGC-style videos, Promotional videos.

Others: Product Launch Creative Support, Brand Consistency, Creative Asset Management.

Cross Functional Responsibilities: Work closely with Category, Product, Sourcing, Operations, Finance, Quality& Marketing Team.
