We are seeking a Hydraulic Design Engineer specializing in custom Hydraulic Cylinders and Power Units (HPUs). You will lead the engineering, sizing, and validation of custom linear actuators and complete fluid power systems for industrial and mobile applications. Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Key Responsibilities
Hydraulic Cylinder Design
Design custom single-acting, double-acting, and telescopic cylinders;
Perform column buckling and stress analyses;
Select seals, materials, rod platings, and integrated sensors.
HPU Engineering
Design custom HPUs, manifold blocks, and structural frames;
Size reservoirs, motors, pumps, heat exchangers,
and filtration systems for thermal and pressure efficiency.
Documentation & Testing:
Generate 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, hydraulic schematics, and BOMs;
Assist with prototype assembly and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in hydraulic cylinder, HPU or manifold design.
Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor) and circuit modeling tools.
Solid knowledge of fluid mechanics, Autocad, metal surface treatments and seal selection.
