Role Description The Design and Testing Engineer is a full-time, in office position based in Greater Noida. In this role, the engineer will design mechanical components and systems using engineering principles, CAD tools, and relevant standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design specifications, reviewing drawings, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring designs meet performance and safety requirements. The engineer will develop and execute testing plans, analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and recommend design improvements based on test results.



The role also involves documenting test procedures and outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting continuous improvement in product quality and reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in mechanical or industrial engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for design and drafting.
- Experience in product testing, validation, and data analysis using appropriate tools and methods.
- Knowledge of relevant engineering standards, safety guidelines, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test reports accurately.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a structured approach to identifying and resolving design or testing issues.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with design, production, and quality teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or A diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Greater Noida and engage in hands-on design and testing activities.
