Synopsis of the role The Data Lead - operations manages end-to-end data operations, credit bureau reporting and data correction management for t lending partners.

This role bridges deep financial domain expertise with technical data analysis, ensuring seamless reporting through complex systems, strict process management, and high-quality operational delivery What you’ll do Lead end-to-end review, credit data analysis, and timely delivery of reports, actively managing data volumes for internal and external lending stakeholders. Guide and manage team tasks to meet business deliverables, instilling a quality-first approach to maximize customer experience and engagement. Identify and execute automation initiatives within bureau workflows to boost productivity, improve overall efficiency, and drastically reduce turn-around time Serve as the primary point of resolution for complex client escalations,
