Job DescriptionSupport land acquisition activities for wind energy projects, including site identification, preliminary feasibility assessment, land procurement coordination, and ensuring timely availability of land for project execution.

Coordinate legal due diligence and land documentation processes by working with legal teams, consultants, landowners, developers, and revenue authorities for title verification, mutation, NA conversion, sub-division, and other land-related approvals.

Facilitate Right of Way (ROW) acquisition and clearance activities for WTG locations, transmission infrastructure, access roads, and project-associated facilities to support construction and commissioning.

Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities to obtain required approvals, permits, NOCs, and statutory clearances necessary for project development and commissioning.

Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and field surveys, prepare reports, and support decision-making related to land acquisition and project development activities.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Procurement,



Finance, Legal, Construction, and Asset Management teams, to ensure smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.

Maintain project MIS, dashboards, and progress trackers, including land acquisition status, approvals, project schedules, risks, hindrances, invoicing status, and management reporting requirements.

Monitor vendor and developer performance, track deliverables, review pending documentation, support invoice processing, and ensure timely closure of commercial and operational issues.

Support project planning and execution monitoring by tracking plan versus actual progress, resource availability, safety and quality compliance data, productivity reports, and project milestones.

Ensure proper project handover and compliance management, including maintenance of land records, HOTO documentation, issue resolution, and support during project commissioning and transition to operations.

Ideal Profile

5-8 years of experience in Land Acquisition, ROW, Project Coordination, or Renewable Energy Projects.

Experience In Wind And/or Solar Project Development Preferred. Good understanding of land laws, revenue processes, regulatory approvals, and project execution.

Strong stakeholder management, documentation, MIS reporting, and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
