• Acquisitions (M&A;) Conduct legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and other strategic transactions. Identify legal risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation. Support transaction documentation, negotiations, and closing activities.

Qualifications Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Law) Bar Council of India accreditation (optional), Additional Degrees or Certifications (Corporate Law, M&A;) preferred Work Experience (Range of years): Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate law with exposure to contract drafting and M&A; procedures.

Preferred Industry: Background of working in legal department within power or energy sector and having knowledge of industry specific laws and regulations including international laws.
