- To Supervise and co-ordinate daily execution by various contractors
- To ensure adherence to design and quality specifications
- Provide technical assistance to contractors, as and when required; for example: Task scheduling
- Execution work steps/ methods
- Interpretation of drawings/ designs
- To determine requirements and order/ requisition material (cement and steel) at site
- Undertake joint measurements, along with contractor, to facilitate preparation of bills
- Maintain and verify measurement sheets for various activities
- Should have crisp, transparent, accurate knowledge about the Design Mix, Material Testing Tools & Techniques, QAQC/ EHS, MIS/Reports, Interpretation of design and quality specifications
- Ensure the quality workmanship throughout the project in all aspects.(Structural work)
