- Maintenance (O&M;) related contracting and procurement activities at Mahindra World City, Jaipur. The role involves end-to-end management of service and maintenance contracts, vendor sourcing, cost optimization, and ensuring service delivery excellence across infrastructure, utilities, and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AMC contracts, facility management services, utilities O&M;, and lifecycle procurement, along with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Management &

- Prequalification Develop and maintain an approved vendor/contractor database for all O&M-related; services: Facility management (soft & hard services) o Utilities (power, water, STP, WTP, HVAC, etc.) Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) Civil and MEP – Repairs, revamping, replacements etc. Drive vendor evaluation, prequalification, and onboarding aligned with O&M; requirements and Company SOPs Continuously benchmark vendor performance and capabilities 2. - Tendering Management Manage end-to-end tendering process for O&M; contracts: Preparation of RFP/RFQ documents o Floating tenders and bid management Technical & commercial evaluations Collaborate with O&M; teams to define: Scope of services o SLAs and KPIs Ensure cost competitiveness and budget adherence 3.

Contract Management

Draft, review, and finalize: Service contracts o AMC agreements Rate contracts and work orders Ensure all contracts:
