Handle breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of Groninger vial lines. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure high equipment availability and reliability. Carry out major and minor overhauling of Groninger vial filling, washing, sterilization, filling, stoppering, capping, and associated equipment.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions. Identify recurring equipment failures and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence. Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Plan and execute planned maintenance and shutdown activities. Ensure availability and proper maintenance of critical spare parts. Maintain equipment history, breakdown reports, preventive maintenance records, and other engineering documentation.
Support equipment modification, installation, commissioning, qualification, and performance improvement activities. Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, EHS, and pharmaceutical engineering standards.
