Responsibilities

-

- Project Planning & Execution. Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects from excavation to final handover. Develop construction plans and monitor progress against approved timelines and project milestones.

Ensure execution of structural, finishing, facade, waterproofing, and external development works as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor resource deployment including manpower, machinery, materials, and subcontractors for efficient project execution. Drive timely completion of all project activities while maintaining quality and cost objectives.

- - Construction Management. Manage RCC works, Mivan formwork systems, finishing works, and associated construction activities. Ensure adherence to approved construction methodologies and engineering standards. Coordinate with consultants, architects, design teams, and MEP teams for effective project delivery. Resolve site execution challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules. Monitor productivity and optimize construction processes to improve efficiency.

- - Quality & Safety Management. Ensure compliance with quality standards, inspection procedures, and project specifications. Drive implementation of quality assurance and quality control measures across the project lifecycle. Ensure strict adherence to EHS policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards. Conduct periodic site reviews and audits to maintain quality and safety compliance. Lead snagging and de-snagging activities before project handover.

- - Stakeholder & Contractor Management.



Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Review contractor performance and ensure achievement of project deliverables. Facilitate coordination meetings and ensure timely resolution of project issues. Monitor contractual compliance and support commercial teams in evaluating work progress.

- - Reporting & Project Controls. Prepare and review project progress reports, dashboards, and MIS reports. Track project schedules, resource utilization, and key performance indicators. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful execution. Ensure adherence to approved budgets and cost-control measures.

- - Process Improvement & Adherence. Identify opportunities to improve construction processes, productivity, and operational efficiency. Implement best practices and cutting-edge construction methodologies. Ensure compliance with company processes, systems, policies, and project governance requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project execution activities.

- 12-14 years of relevant experience in construction and execution of high-rise residential projects.

- Must have successfully completed at least one high-rise residential project from excavation to final handover.

Education

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
