Deputy Manager - Cylinder Head machining Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Experience in CNC machining centers, transfer lines, HMC's, VMC's and special purpose machines. Good Process knoledge about Engine block & Cylinder Head Machining. Hands on experience on cylinder bore honning process & trouble shooting to achieve all quality parameters Awareness and knowledge of latest technology changes in cutting tool materials and its geometries.

Lead process improvement projects focused on productivity, cycle time reduction and cost optimization through use of alternate new technology. New model Machining set up, line setup and ramp up. Capacity improvements through debottlenecking and improvements.

Drive reduction of internal rejection & rework and customer complaints through zero rejection concept system implementation. Interaction with all support functions and concern resolution with the help of CFT. Develop improvement & safe working culture.

Supports audits related to IATF16949, ISO14001, TMW and its adherence through review. Exposure of TPM iImplementation in Machining. Driving tool cost reduction, Power cost Reduction and productivity improvement projects.

Benchmark best practices across other plants and industry for manufacturing excellence. Knowledge of DCP, PFMEA, Control Plan, GD&T;, SPC, MSA.

Drive

Productivity through regular reviews for indicators like OLE, OEE. Hands on experience to handle different CNC controls systems - Fanuc, Seimens,
