Deliver courier shipments to customers within the assigned territory. Pick up shipments from customers as per the assigned route. Verify consignee details and obtain customer signature/OTP before delivery.
Collect
Cash on Delivery (COD) payments wherever applicable and deposit them as per company guidelines. Update delivery and pickup status using the PDA/mobile application. Ensure zero loss, damage, or misplacement of shipments.
Maintain skilled behavior while interacting with customers. Follow the daily route plan and achieve delivery targets. Report delivery exceptions, customer complaints, or operational issues to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery bag, and vehicle. Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations while on duty.
