Key Responsibilities:Pre-Event Responsibilities

· Conduct targeted research to identify and connect with key decision-makers and potential award nominees.

· Pitch the award show to potential companies and secure their participation.

· Reach out to decision-makers and ensure their attendance at the event.

· Review and verify submitted award forms for completeness and accuracy.

· Follow up with attendees and ensure timely submission and confirmation of award forms.

· Communicate clear event details to confirmed participants and address any queries or concerns.

Event Day Responsibilities

· Represent Quantic India at all hosted events across various cities.

· Ensure all delegates are attended to, properly guided, and have a seamless experience during the event.

· Coordinate with the sponsorship team to manage sponsor–delegate meetings and networking sessions.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
