*Job Title: Telecaller – Debt Recovery & Collection *Department: Loan Recovery & Collections *Employment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Office-based Key Responsibilities *Outbound Calling: Contact customers with pending or overdue accounts via phone to remind them of unpaid dues. *Negotiation: Discuss and negotiate practical repayment plans or Promise-to-Pay (PTP) dates with clients. *Record Keeping: Update call logs, customer profiles, and payment statuses accurately in the CRM or collection software. *Follow-Ups: Call back clients regularly according to agreed schedules to verify completed payments. *Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recovery metrics. *Compliance: Follow all company rules, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines for debt collection.





Requirements &

Qualifications: *Education: Minimum 10th pass (SSC) or a bachelor's degree. *Experience: Freshers or Experience candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, debt recovery, or customer support. *Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification is a plus. *Communication Skills: Solid verbal communication, active listening, and convincing negotiation abilities. *Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi. *Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, data entry skills, and familiarity with MS Office.
