The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This role demands strong technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable software architecture solutions that align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new systems.
- Ensure the architecture is compliant with industry standards and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on architectural standards and best practices.
- Conduct risk assessment and mitigation strategies during solution design.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and how they can benefit the organization.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of the solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to existing systems and applications.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to architecture specifications and designs.
Required Qualifications
- Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture design.
- Strong proficiency in cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in the healthcare domain.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or architecture frameworks.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
