About the Role

We are currently in search of a highly proficient Senior Data Services Consultant, possessing demonstrable expertise in SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) and practical experience with S/4HANA, LTMC, and LSMW. This position is integral to delivering superior data migration and transformation solutions within intricate SAP environments.

The successful candidate will be tasked with the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive data management and migration strategies, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and performance of critical business systems. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to engage in a dynamic and progressive setting, contributing significantly to major SAP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead data migration and transformation activities utilizing SAP BODS, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data into S/4HANA systems.
- Design and develop ETL processes, alongside data validation and reconciliation routines.
- Support the processes of LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit) and LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench).
- Collaborate with both functional and technical teams to define data mapping, transformation rules, and business validation checks.
- Manage and troubleshoot data loads,



ensuring minimal disruption during cutover and go-live phases.
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAP data migration standards, tools, and best practices.
- Mentor junior consultants and foster continuous improvement within the data services team.

Skills & Experience Required

- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP BODS in data migration or data integration projects.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration frameworks.
- Practical experience with LTMC and LSMW.
- Excellent understanding of data quality management, data governance, and data validation methodologies.
- Proven ability to analyze, design, and deliver complex data solutions across multiple workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Desirable

- Experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC).
- Knowledge of SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
- Exposure to cloud or hybrid SAP landscapes.
