Roles and Responsibilities :

- Data Scientist role focused on building metrics frameworks, dashboards, and predictive models for a digital ordering pipeline. The position involves advanced statistical analysis, anomaly detection, and cross-functional collaboration to support executive and engineering decision-making.
- Define and build the metrics framework for the digital ordering pipeline
- Design dashboards to track order volume, throughput, turnaround times, error rates, and system stability
- Build predictive models for order failures, volume trends, and capacity needs
- Develop automated anomaly detection to identify pipeline issues early
- Apply statistical methods for root cause analysis
- Partner with engineering teams to improve data collection




- Translate technical and statistical findings into transparent business narratives
- Investigate ad-hoc data questions and production issues
- Quantify incident impact and support root cause analysis
- Document metric definitions, model logic, data sources, and dashboard design

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience as a Data Scientist or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language with expertise in libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy.
- Experience working with AWS services including S3 buckets, Lambda functions, Glue ETL jobs.
