Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Expert with strong hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, statistical modeling, Python, R, and SQL . The candidate will be responsible for developing, scaling, and deploying data science solutions that solve complex business problems.

The role requires solid analytical thinking, end-to-end ownership of ML solutions, and the ability to communicate and present technical insights effectively to business stakeholders .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning models and data science solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and identify meaningful business insights.
- Build predictive models, evaluate model performance, and improve model accuracy.
- Work end-to-end from problem definition and data analysis to model development and adoption.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ML solutions.
- Present findings, model outputs, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create effective visualizations to communicate insights; dashboard development is not mandatory.
- Work with large-scale data and cloud-based data science environments.




- Support productionization and scaling of ML solutions.
- Stay current with emerging GenAI/LLM concepts and contribute to future AI initiatives.

Mandatory Skills
- 5–7+ years of strong hands-on Machine Learning experience

- Strong expertise in Python
- Strong proficiency in R and SQL
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, model evaluation, and optimization
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cloud/data platforms such as:
- AWS – S3, Redshift, SageMaker

- GCP

- Databricks

- Snowflake

- Azure
- Experience with GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket
- Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook/Lab
- Ability to create effective data visualizations using tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills

Good to Have
- Media Optimization / Media Performance Analytics experience
- Experience working with marketing/media datasets
- Exposure to Generative AI / LLMs
- Experience with GenAI projects or applications
