About The Role The Data Scientist role at Synthires is a unique opportunity for professionals passionate about evaluating and improving AI systems through rigorous data analysis and technical assessments. Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Data Science or related fields.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.

- Ability to receive feedback constructively and adapt evaluations accordingly.
- Experience in a technology company, research organization, or AI lab is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Design evaluation criteria tailored to specific data science tasks and workflows.
- Review and assess exploratory data analyses, machine learning models, feature engineering solutions, and technical reports.
- Evaluate both AI-generated and human-created work against established quality standards.
- Provide comprehensive written justifications for evaluation scores and feedback.
- Ensure evaluations are consistent, evidence-based, and reproducible to maintain high standards.
- Incorporate reviewer feedback to refine and improve evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand project goals and deliverables.
