Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops covering fundamental to advanced data science topics, including statistical analysis, inferential statistics, predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning architectures.
- Conduct immersive, hands-on coding sessions and guide participants through complex real-world projects and case studies, fostering a deep practical understanding of data science methodologies.




- Instruct trainees on the effective and efficient use of key programming languages and libraries such as Python, along with essential data manipulation and analysis tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Provide expert guidance on database interaction using SQL, data warehousing concepts, and advanced data visualization techniques leveraging industry-standard tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Continuously research, update, and refine course content, curriculum, and training materials to incorporate the latest industry trends, cutting-edge technologies, and best practices in the rapidly evolving field of data science.
- Evaluate participant performance, provide constructive and actionable feedback, and mentor students to overcome challenges, ensuring a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify emerging training needs, design customized programs, and contribute to the overall growth and development of our educational offerings.

Requirements

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
- A minimum of 1 to 4 years of professional experience in a data science, data analysis, or a technical training capacity, with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Exceptional proficiency in Python for data science, including extensive experience with core libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and the Scikit-learn ecosystem.
- Solid foundational and practical knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation, along with a strong grasp of statistical concepts,



machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering), and deep learning frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with leading data visualization platforms like Power BI and Tableau to create insightful and interactive dashboards.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly to diverse audiences.
