Role Description The Data Science Trainer role is a full time, on-site position based at Naresh i Technologies in Hyderabad. The trainer will design and deliver data science curricula, including lectures, hands-on labs, and real-time project sessions, aligned with industry standards and institutional guidelines. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and updating course materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, evaluating learner performance, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring.

The role also involves staying current with emerging data science tools and techniques,



coordinating with other trainers and academic coordinators, and supporting learners with career guidance and interview preparation for data science roles.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Science Education with the ability to connect concepts to real-world data science applications.
- Solid foundation in Mathematics and related quantitative disciplines relevant to data analytics and machine learning.
- Experience teaching Physics or related analytical subjects that build problem-solving and modeling skills.
- Qualified Teacher status or equivalent teaching credentials, with a track record of effective classroom instruction.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including designing structured, outcome-focused modules and assessments.
- Hands-on experience in data science, including statistics, machine learning, data visualization, and common tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Jupyter, relevant libraries).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member, or instructor in technical or STEM fields, preferably in a training institute or academic environment.
- Strong mentoring and learner support skills, including the ability to guide projects, prepare learners for placements, and provide academic counseling.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines).
