About Position:

We are looking for a Data Product Owner to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and data engineering teams. This role will drive data platform initiatives, prioritize business needs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality data products that support Supply Chain, Finance, and enterprise data management objectives.

What You'll Do:

- Own and prioritize the data engineering product backlog and roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, data rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, and data quality assessments.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers on Databricks, PySpark, data pipelines, and data products.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, sprint planning, UAT, and release activities.
- Drive data governance, quality, and adoption across business functions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Robust SQL skills with experience in data analysis, reconciliation, and data quality validation.
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience working as a Product Owner in Agile environments, managing backlogs and requirements.
- Familiarity with Databricks and PySpark, with the ability to work closely with data engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, ERP, Master Data Management,



and data governance practices is highly preferred.
