We at Verdantas , looking for Data Migration Specialist to join our team.

This role will provide critical support for migrating legacy ERP data into Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, with a strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, reconciliation, and reporting readiness, leveraging SQL expertise, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams to define data migration requirements.

Analyze and map data structures between legacy systems and Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

Develop, test, and execute SQL-based migration scripts and procedures.

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

Execute production data migrations and provide post-migration support.

Design and customize reports using Microsoft Visual Studio.

Create and maintain workflows in Deltek Vantagepoint.





Serve as a subject matter expert for Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

Skills

Technology: Advanced SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, ETL, Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

Communication: Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: Robust focus on data accuracy and validation.

Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Confidentiality: Understanding of data security and compliance requirements.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

5+ years of experience in data migration and Microsoft SQL Server development.

Hands-on experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint is required.
