Data Modeler Finance / DBU UDM

:

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler with solid expertise in Finance data modeling and data warehousing to design and enhance enterprise data models supporting DBU UDM (Unified Data Model), reporting, analytics, and data products.

The candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Finance stakeholders, and Data Engineering teams to convert business requirements into scalable and high-quality data models.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Data Modeling – Conceptual, Logical & Physical.
- Excellent knowledge of 3NF and Dimensional Data Modeling.
- Strong experience in Data Warehousing concepts.
- Experience designing Fact, Dimension, Master, Transaction, and Data Product models.
- Strong Finance domain knowledge, including:

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)





- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Fixed Assets

- Cost Accounting

- Budgeting
- Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers & Profit Centers
- Financial Statements and Budget vs. Actuals
- Hands-on experience with SQL.
- Experience in Source System Analysis and Source-to-Target Mapping.
- Experience working with SAP and/or Oracle ERP/Finance systems.
- Experience with Movex / IBM AS400 or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Experience with data modeling tools such as ERWin or ER/Studio.
- Strong understanding of Data Quality, Metadata, Data Dictionary, Data Lineage, and Data Governance.
- Ability to collaborate with Data Engineers to implement data models and transformation logic.
