Key Responsibilities

- Implement and manage DLP solutions and policies.

- Monitor DLP alerts, investigate data leakage incidents, and drive remediation.

- Configure DLP controls across endpoints, email, cloud, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

- Perform data discovery, classification, risk assessment, and root cause analysis.

- Fine-tune DLP policies to reduce false positives.

- Develop DLP dashboards, reports, and security metrics.

- Support audits, compliance, and data protection initiatives.

- Maintain DLP documentation, runbooks, and incident response procedures.

- Collaborate with SOC, IT, Cloud, Compliance, and Business teams.

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of Information Security/DLP experience.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, Trellix, or Broadcom DLP.

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

- Familiarity with Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, or LogRhythm.

- Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.

- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, and security fundamentals.

- Solid incident investigation and troubleshooting skills.
