Position: Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to support our Accounts Department. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial and accounting-related data and records.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update accounting and financial data accurately in the system.
- Maintain records of invoices, bills, vouchers, expenses, and other financial documents.
- Assist the Accounts team with daily data entry and documentation work.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
- Maintain proper files and records of accounting-related documents.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports, and other data as required.
- Assist in reconciliation and basic accounting data management.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for required information and document verification.




- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of financial information.
- Perform other data entry and administrative tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager or Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts and Accounting processes will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer applications.
- Positive typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic understanding of data entry and record management.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and financial information.

Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Data Entry or Accounts.
- Candidates with experience in accounting software will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
