Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Data Engineer with 1–5 years of experience in data engineering to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with modern data platforms and a solid understanding of data engineering concepts. Experience with Microsoft Fabric is highly preferred.

This role involves building and maintaining data pipelines, supporting data analytics initiatives, and working closely with data scientists and business stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data workflows.
- Develop and manage data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes.
- Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Support data analytics and data science teams by providing reliable and well-structured datasets.
- Implement best practices in data engineering, data modeling, and data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business data requirements.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance of data systems.
- Document data workflows, pipelines,



and engineering processes.

Required Skills

- 1–5 years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
- Preferably 1+ year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and data pipeline development.
- Good understanding of statistics and data science fundamentals.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Exposure to modern data platforms and analytics ecosystems.
- Familiarity with data engineering best practices and data governance concepts.

Work Requirements

- This is an offshore position based in Calicut, Kerala.
- Candidates should be available to work from the office when required.
- International travel may be required depending on project needs.
