About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer (Analyst/Scientist) to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is integral to transforming raw data into actionable insights by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytical models. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, data science, or data engineering, with a passion for solving complex data problems end-to-end.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data analysts, and software engineers, to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your expertise will help shape the future of our data infrastructure, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and accessible data assets that support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in data analysis, data science,



or data engineering. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases are essential. Hands-on programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages are required, along with a solid understanding of building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouses.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively translate business questions into data solutions. The ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment is crucial, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and workflows to support analytics, reporting, and modeling needs.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Build, validate, and optimize statistical or machine learning models to address specific business challenges.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across various sources and pipelines.
- Design and maintain scalable data models, schemas, and data warehouses to facilitate efficient analytics.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions and reports.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in requirement reviews, providing insights on data risks and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
